i dont know if im going to bother getting this one or not. they are great books and all but Rowling takes forever to get the next book out so now i forget what happened in the last one:rolleyes:

i think he should die in the seventh book. that would be a really good ending IMO :D

Definitely, the first 3 are sort of like a general kind of overview, then once you get to 4+ it gets really detailed, lets face it, compare the first three books size to the size of the second three =).

Ive never been interested in these things. Ive watched a bit of the DVD and turned it off.

The dvd's really aren't that great, especially the first two. I have to say I was very disappointed with how they did the movies. My favorites are definitely Order of the Phoenix and the Half Blood Prince. I think HBP is the best one yet. Anyway, Rikki and Kill3r843, just read the books, its definitely worth it.

im amazed that everyone's favorite isn't the Chamber of Secrets. this is a snake forum after all isn't? :confused:

and i decided to buy the HBP and its pretty good so far IMO.

I loved it!!!
However, like at the end of the Order, I am mad at Rowlings. I won't say anymore than that. Yet I still can't wait for the seventh. It sounds like seven will be the end of it. Oh well, got to wait years before I can find out. She writes too slow.

I'm mad at her too lol Although at the end of the order I was mad at her for two reasons, this one only gave me one reason.

i just finished reading it tonight and i really enjoyed it. the ending was rather odd though. i agree that she writes way to slow but i honestly do not know how she is going to fit everything into the last book. there are soooooo many questions to be answered.

I too really enjoyed the book... can't deny being upset about the death at the end, but I knew it was coming (and had kinda guessed who), so it wasn't a total surprise.

I didn't do the lining up at midnight thing to get it, but I WAS one of the first to get it on Saturday... I work in a bookstore, and we opened up bright and early on Saturday morning :p

Thought you guys might enjoy seeing a few pics of the decorations we had in the store -- they're nothing compared to what some of the other stores in the company did, but they turned out pretty well I think :)

I sure hope she finishes the last book quickly... after the ending in this one, I can't wait to read the next! In the meantime, there's the Goblet of Fire movie coming out in the fall to look forward to though ;)
