silly girl finally sat still for two seconds...
just uploaded to deviantart as well, even though the quality is kind of poor due to slight shakiness... so it's linked off there...hope it works, sometimes deviantart acts up with linking... :)

i think it turned out pretty well for poor lighting, and given the fact i was really just playing around with the new camera, hehe...

also, does anyone know of anywhere that sells canon lenses for cheap? i'm looking at a few on ebay, but if there's anywhere else, in winnipeg or in canada even, that anyone knows of, let me know!

I love how it fades out of focus in the background. Really make the head stand out.

I like the shot, you must have been shooting wide open to get that narrow DOF. What are you currently using?

Forget ebay, keh.com is the best place that I have found to buy used lenses. In fact, I have a 400mm/3.5 due to arrive tomorrow that I purchaced from them.

i actually have no idea how the camera was set up, it was shortly after i got it and it was just a complete fluke shot while i was playing around with it... and i still have A LOT to learn about cameras and photography, but im determined :D

also, thanks for the lense site referral, ill definitely have to check it out!
