Hi eveyrone i was wondering what the life span of a cham is?

It depends on the cham. If you have it for 5 years your doing great.

Hello, well it really depends how well you take care of it. I just had a male veiled die at 7 years of age and he had metabolic bone disease. I hatched him 7 years ago, sold him to a friend that put his uv lighting shining through plexiglass, bad idea, it filters all the uv rays that the animals need. He gave the lizard back to me and i set him up properly and feed him alot of silkworms, butterworms, wax worms, cockroaches, and dark leafy greens. so really its how well you take care of it, set up properly and feed a proper diet they should live a lot mor than 5 years, but its up to you.

I have had mine since it was 6 months old and I've had him since Feb of 2001, and he is stoll looking and dong great!

Iv heard of veilds living 10+ years but I think id put a general rule of 5-9 years, this is with good care, i think females are a bit less.

I did know someone who had hers for 12 years.
