Please tell me there is going to be another one of these. I never seen it mentioned on the threads and with Norton Internet Security I can't see the advertisments on the front page. Banners just don't work. I would have gone for sure if I hadda know :(
Thanks
Note the date (2004).....

Hey Shawn, it wasn't much of a show to tell you the truth, for me anyway. Not many venders and venders that were there didn't sell much if I remember right. I know I didn't even make my table, nevermind the gas and food and that I had to pay someone to drive me out that day. I also spend money I didn't really want to, lol, but bought my daughter a snake while we were there. I'm not sure if they will be having another as many venders found it to be a flop, but that is what happens when it is a first show of the area, so it was to be expected. I believe it was Nadia Ranger (rangernadia@hotmail.com) who put the show on last year. You can email her to see if there will be another in the future.

LOL Dern it! Living in the past again. Stupid thing (other than me) is that I got the advertisment for that off the front page of snakes.

I've always wondered bout that show. It's in my town, but I was out of town when it happened...
I was wondering for awhile who organised it, why it didn't happen this year, and just what vendors thought of it.
Was it a flop because of low attendance? Or is Newmarket a bit out of the way for everyone? just wondering, maybe get those wheels turning in my head again:D

Newmarket is a wonderful place and not really anymore out of the way than Toronto show for me. But I tell you the attendance was so low that I had my (at the time) 9 year old daughter with me and I didn't have a problem with her walking around all by herself to the tables, I could see her anywhere in the room without a problem. That is how low it was. lol. I sold a couple cage decorations, traded one for a box of crickets and bought a snake for my daughter that she later traded for my kenyon because the milk was too hyper for her just like I had oringinally told her. lol.

Do you think a little more promotion might of helped it out?
It wasn't even a 5 min walk from my place and I didn't even find out about it till the following week..
