Vendor permit needed at the shows?

I've heard rumours of crackdowns coming across the province (Ontario) to enforce the RST regulations. If it's true, then one of the things going to be enforced is the regulation that all vendors are required to have a vendor permit. Has anyone else heard this?

According to this, every vendor at any Ontario show HAS to have a vendor permit and be able to produce it if requested? Has anyone else heard of this? I'm keeping mine with me now 'just in case'.

Depends what they class as regulary I think.
