View Full Version : beardy growth
my beardy seems to not be growing at a normal pace, what could be the cause of this and how can i stop it or make it grow faster?
You have left this pretty open, but it depends on the age , how long have you had it? what you are feeding it now as a regular diet? please give us a little more back ground and maybe we can help!
The beardie is less then a year around 8-10 months, its around 2 and a half inches body length, its fed daily besides miss feedings once and a while due to not being home but this would only be 1 day and barely ever. he's fed with calcium, has a uv light and spot light and is at normal temp, maybe slightly higher now because of summer and is in a good size tank around 30 gallons.

ok.. fist off he should be getting WAY more food.. greens DAILY in the morn and about 15-20 APPROPRIATELY sized crix at night.. not larger then the space between his eyes.. even if he doesnt eat all the greens its only a few cents so offer anyways..
your beardie is WAY behind scedual because of your feeding regiment.. hes not getting enough food to grow.. mine is going to be going on crix every other day soon..
thank you your the only one who answered me
