Hey, There

I was wondering if anyone uses a clay pot cut in half as a shelter? and if you do.. how did you cut it?
If anyone knows I would really appreciate hearing
Thanks
Tim

many ppl use em .. there great hide spots although in general, they they cut them in half but simply break a piece off the side as an opening (like an igloo) or of the top ..

How to cut is is a mysetry though to me .. hmm a hammer carefully lunched at a clay pot .. hmm - does not seem tooo smart ..

I use a hack saw, works fine. But, you can often get broken ones for free at decent sized nurseries, especially if you tell them what you want them for. The novelty effect can work to your advantage.

Well hopefully someone will post if they know.
I tried using a normal saw and it does work but it takes a really long time and the cut is always not really clean. So we will see.
Thanks for your input guys

tile saw..... works great, well onlyif you have one lying around like me, otherwise a wire saw ora hcaksaw works pretty good, just use a light sandpaper (silicon carbide) so soften the eges......
