thats a nice lookin pair...i think if colour morphs are kept up...african house snakes have the capability of replacing corn snakes as the best beginner pets

but i here theyve got a bad attitude
we got a 4 ft easy. king and hes about as maniacle asa box full of kittens but he looks relly evil he has these pshycotic lookin eyes its freaky

House snakes are awesome!!! I'm surprised they aren't more popular, considering their great feeding responses, promiscuity, and availability in different colours and patterns.

I have a black female one myself, which is an olive x red so I'm not certain if it can be considered black phase or not. Anyone know anything about how house snake morphs work? Mine is a bit squirmy when handling, but is otherwise not too shy.

She tends to change colour a bit every shed: sometimes coming out as dark as a solid black like in the above photo but other times as light as dark chocolate like she is there.

It's a beautyful girl you got there HHW !!!
