can you put two pythons of simular age in the same tank if you suply two hide boxes and if the tank is extremly large?
also
is it alright to feed a python in its tank or do i need a different cage to feed it in

You should never house two snakes together unless you are breeding. Always keep them seperate And it is best to take the snake out to feed if it is easy for you to do that. Or put a newspaper substrate in if you have to feed it in its enclosure

I disagree. IMHO feeding out of the enclosure is unecessary in most cases, and typically presents no benefits and more risks to both the snake and handler. For more info, here's a very recent discussion on the topic... http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=69939 ;)
