I have a snow corn male, who's father is a red albino....so i am guessing 50% het for red albino....

I have a normal female who's mother is a red albino..so i am guessing 50% het for red albino again...

what can the outcome be if i breed the 2 together?

A snow corn is 100% homozygous red albino as snow corns are Anery A and red albino (amelanistic) at the same time.

The normal female is 100% het for red albino not 50%. They will get a normal allele from their normal parent and a red albino allele from their red albino parent. So all will get one redalbino allele. 50% het is when one of the parent is normal and the other is a normal het for red albino. The offspring to this breeding will result in all normal corns 50% of which (hence the 50% het) will be hets for red albino.

50% of the corns you'll get will be normals 100% het for red albino and 100% het for Anery A.
They other 50% will be red albinos 100% het for Anery A.

There are two good programs that help you determine the result of morph breeding. The links for these programs are:
http://home.epix.net/~nspencer/cornprog.html

http://www.uwsp.edu/stuorg/herp/New/new.html

both the programs do the same thing but the second one is more striaght forward, while the first one shows more detail.

Hope this helps.
