Hey everyone I would lik eto take this opporunity to show off my newest addition to the Big Rock Reptiles breeding stock. I just bought this great little girl from Capital City Geckos and will be breeding her to Orion (Super Hypo Tangerine) in about three weeks from June 8. I can't wait to see what they will produce because both of these lizards have absolutly great genetics.

Here is the picture right from Jason's website but I will post some better ones later today.

At first I did think that she was too young to breed but was assured by Jason that in a couple of weeks she will probably be into the 45-50g weight. As reptiles mature based on growth rather than age he told me that she would be good to go.

Of course I will have to wait until I see her before I make any final decision.

I'm glad that both you guys like the geckos that you're getting. Like I was telling Josh over the phone, geckos are sexually mature at around 40-45grms. Myself, I like to wait until my females are at least 55-60grms before I breed them. But I do know of some breeders that breed their females at 45grms as well. I just like for my girls to be a little bigger before I breed them. Many breeders do things differently.
Take care guys,
