anybody deal with Reptile Depot?

I ordered crickets from this comapny a week ago, was told they were shipped last wednesday, and I am getting negative email from them concerning this. they have yet to provide me with a confirmation number and they are blaming the post office now.

You may want to take your situation over to the Board of Inquiry on the faunaclassifieds http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/mainpage.php, as this isn't really the place for this type of discussion (TOS re: No "naming names". This is not the C/BOI, please refrain from mentioning individuals or business names in negative light.)

I am truly sorry about the post. I hadn't thought about it being a violation of TOS and I didn't mean to sound negative, I was lookig for positive support from someone that deals with them that could reassure me that they are a good company after all. Please delete this post if it is a problem.
