my very first snake home, its for my 2 Bp. i hate it. it's so hard to control anything. Very soon i will be builing my own room in my basement and putting them into a rack system. also i everything spread out. i have my bp's in my room, and i am not going to move them untill my rooms done, so i am only moving them once. my bullsnake is the back basement, in the soon to be reptile room with the red ears. the red tail boa is still in quarentine, so she is another room.

my bullsnake's cage. it's the first one i built and went totally over board. you could hit it with a car, and i would worry about your car.

and my rtb cage. i am very happy wwith this one.

when i am all done the room, i am going to built a 6' multi unit for my rtb, and the other snakes i will be buying soon.
the 2 enclousers are both 4 foot, but the rtb's cage is shorter and deeper because i realized that all that height was not needed. they are all heated by ceramic heating elements and heat pads on one side. when the room is done, it will be heated so the ceramic heat will no longer be needed.
they also all have low spectrum UVB lights controled by timers. i know they don't need UVB, but it really brings their colours out.
temps:
BPs - cold/83-84 warm/92
bullsnake cold/78 warm/88
BCI cold/81-82 warm/90
well that my stuff enjoy!

what i meant was i will be building a reptile room, and my balls are in my BEDROOM, and they will be moved to my reptile room when it's done!

sorry it's late and sometimes the English language escapes me

p.s. i'd love to hear what you think!

I would suggest you give your balls your RTB tank and make it a taller one with some climbing stuff in it. But hey you do what you want dude.

the cage the rtb is in is just temp cage. like i said she will be going into a 6 footer that is much better for her, but shes too small for that right now.

rtbs really dont need climbing space, none of my adults are particularly active. your cages look great, my only suggestion would be to separate your bps, as snakes do better alone.

Balls: 1 snake = 1 cage, 2 snakes = 2 cages

like i said, they will be going into a rack, when it's done. i feel moving them apart and then moving them again into the rack when its done will do more damage then leaving them together for the time being. but they will be seperated. its just a temp situation, and there doing really well.

as far as the climbing goes, i on;t put in elaborate climb8ing branches. but alot of keepers put in a shelf for them to sit up on, and i will be doing that. they seem to have alot of sucsess with that
