Question..

Wondering if anyone uses those new ExoTerra glass terrariums with the glass doors on the front? I like the look of them with a few exceptions. Any feedback on the quality of these enclosures, etc. Thanks.

overall for the look there great but i have one and the atificial wall some what melts with higher temps other wise it's pretty good encloser ---rick---

I was thinking for my arboreals...but I might just build my own. But for future reference this thread should help.

I have one for my cresties, I had to stuff papertowel behind the wall. The cresties kept hidding behind the wall, mind you that was when they were really small. Also the crickets liked to hide back there. With the papertowel it prevents anyone from hidding. The latch is also a bit tricky. Other than that, I think it is a great enclosure, i just wish they made them bigger.

Agree'd. I like the design...but I would probably rip that foam back peice out. They do need them in bigger sizes, the biggest ones I seen would be perfect for the atb's though.

The lid is garbage in my opinion.. I had a 40 watt light bulb over the top (between thge plastic pieces) and it still melted... If you cut out the stupid crossbar in tje lid, and just re-screened it, it would be much better.
