im having absolutely no luck in getting my girl switched to rats and she needs to be switched.....any tips you guys have?

heat the head of the rat up by dipping it in hot water for a few seconds.

If that doesn't work, cut the head open and let the brain hang out a little.

take a knife and slice down the head.

Have you tried fresh killed?

yeap shes so picky..it cant be moving or anything like that and she doesnt strike she jsut casually opens her mouth

Last night....in the middle of the night! I stuck a rats head uder hot water for a couple of seconds or so and then took it to her n she ate it....more aggressively than sh ate the mice. I guess Rats smell better lol. Made me VERY happy though. Thanks

Congrats on the switch! Blood are funny ones sometimes, but they are often pretty easy to switch.
