i know dragon drop has a good fruit receipe. It's in the thread labled this one's for you hilde. I have a varient, were i just blend a bunch of fruit i have on hand and freeze it. I add suppliments and calcuim to it as i go. You could also go with the super food, crested gecko diet by t-rex i believe. You add water, stir and go. It can be hard to switch your geckos over though once they've started on babyfood.

one more thing....I have learned from experience that giving mostly fruit produces skinnier cresties. especially while they are young. my little ones that get all you can eat crickets have grown much bigger and faster. my last two juvies are 5months old or less and have already grown bigger than a couple I have had over a year. and they are spunkier, the fruit fed cresties aren't as interested in the crickets, seem too lazy to hunt them. I buy crickets by the thousand now so I always have plenty on hand and no need to be skimpy with them. it's much cheaper this way. my little fatties polish off every cricket I give them AND eat the fruit.
I now offer both fruit AND crickets every night to all mine so they can choose what and how much they want. who am I to decide what nights my adults don't need to eat. If they aren't hungry, they don't have to eat. If they are, the food is available. I haven't figured out why some people say they only feed them 2-3 times a week.
It is true that feeding cresties can be more expensive than anyone could imagine. I spend more on crestie food than dog food for my two dogs. And then in addition I have the veiled cham with a bottomless pit of a stomach.....

You could save a ton of money by making your own fruit mix and freezing it in ice cube trays. As mentioned, I posted my 'top secret never ever to be revealed fruit mix' a few times. You can find one post with the recipe in this post in the "What all does yours eat" thread (http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=495532#post495532)

Judging from the reaction of not only my cresties but all my Rhacs and those of the people who've tried it, it's appealing to the geckos and mine have thrived on it for several generations over about 8 years.

I would assume from your post that you have a young crestie, otherwise it would be showing some signs of problems from just a plain fruit diet. Since you mentioned earlier that you plan to breed your female, it's imperative that you give her a proper diet right off, otherwise she won't survive long once the rigors of breeding start taking their toll on her body. If you read the entire thread mentioned in my post above, you'll get an idea of what a proper diet is and why it's important to make sure they get all the nutrients they need, even if it's not as convenient as just plain fruit.
