Hey Guys.

Can somebody tell me what the normal price is for a albino regius
In the states??

People over here told me that you have albino's for 500$ at daytona beach?? Is this true?

I found a breeder in holland ho asks 900 for a pair of HETS.
I think it's a very good price. What do you think?

Thanks Ray.;)

$1500-2500US for an albino (females will continue to stay high for a few more years) and $800US for a pair of hets, maybe less.

Is it safe to say that albino ball prices will remain somewhat higher in Canada for some time?

Tentative quotes I've gotten here in Canada recently have been somewhere around $3k Cdn each.

THat's not any higher. $3k CDN = $2,300-2,600US, dpending on exchange rate.

Agreed, however if you take the lower end of your estimate of $1500USD...we could come up with less than $2k Cdn for an albino ball which is a full $1k less than what I've seen here lately.

I guess what I meant to ask was, do we expect to see Cdn prices stay at the higher end of the price spectrum? Seems like the answer would be yes I assume. Thanks!

I think so, since there are less of them in Canada then there are in the US, the Canadian prices will stay in the higher end of the spectrum. By the time you pay for your $1500US snake plus CITES and shipping, F&W fees etc, you might as well have bought it in Canada for $3000.00. I think it would end up being the same.

But again, its all assumption. The $1500 I quoted might be a WHOLESALE price, of which there is none in Canada due to lack of production. So if one were looking to buy a single specimen, or a pair, they'd be looking at $2200-2400US, same as up here.

That makes sense.
