These are a few of our Pastels from our May.13 litter, there were 26 healthy babies in total.....we will have prices when they are ready to go....the last pic is of the mother coming out of her tank and shes hungry!!

I can say without bias that Ive dealt with MANY people and Dustan was the only negative experience Ive had.
Take it for what it is, just my personal experience with him, I feel the experience was worth recording so feel free to PM me and Ill point you to where Ive recorded the entire experience.

Bob...I dont know why you go on ranting and raving about the emeralds.....that emerald being sick has nothing to do with me....maybe you should have done a little more research about emeralds before buying some....keeping them in a basement, and feeding them the same day you get them from the airport is not how you take care of those animals....yes the female that tony had did have a cold...but i took that animal to the vet and had that animal cured...the male never had any signs of RI when it was with me....i have proof of taking that emerald to the vet...this was also 4 Months prior to selling these animals to you....I am not a bad guy...but when you call me a month later saying i want my money back cause YOU killed one of the animals...I am not going to give you your money back knowing damn well that you werent taking proper care of that animal.....I have dealt with many big name breeders and had no problems....ask around to the people in the west...I represent my animals quite well, and these boas i produced myself....they are all healthy and i can guarantee it....If you continue to bash my name Bob you will get yourself into trouble.....Im sorry it didnt work out in your favor bob but you cant hold me responsible for that animals death...

U know damn well the whole story.. funny.. your animals were the ONLY ones that ever got sick on me... out of multiple Emmy's, atbs, etc...

You sold substandard animals as excellent specimens, and then shipped them without heat pads so they arrived quite cold. And you say a month huh? Wow how the story changes. We will not go into the details, thats old news... I will however tell everyone that wants to listen exactly my side of the story.. let them decide if they want to chance you.

Just to confirm information *** ******** is telling you the truth on Dust** *******, I decided to show some proof how these animals were show, shipped, and his orginal advertisement. When I got them I was very upset but even after I warned him to take these back and never sell them he went on to scam another ETB lover in this hobby. Once I saw the end result that *** suffered through this ordeal I told him everything I knew and this is just extra information I told him, but maybe you all need to know if your dealing with Dust** ******* expect the worse before the best.



Above is an email I sent ***, I blocked out personal information but the rest is there to be seen.

Just look how he shipped to me, 3 ETBS could fit in 1 shoebox yest choose 3 and loads of space that harmed them in the end. Plus the half styro - rubbermaid pachakaging is just insane, then the overall box looks like it was in a war or something. All this after I posted the proper way to ship.

Sorry *** for your loss and how we and many other can weed out these business scammers of misrepresented animals who are sick and should not be sold.

Bob you are a child....and im not gonna continue to put up with your ****.....Everyone is welcome to listen to your story as far as im concerned....and if they want to believe your bs story then fine....im not gonna beg people to buy my animals....they will see that i produce nice boas and that i have a good reputation with big breeders in My city and surrounding area....I wish I had never sold you those snakes for the simple fact that you are an inexperienced breeder/keeper....You taught me a Valuable lesson...to make sure that the people i sell my snakes know what their doing and arent just buying on impulse....and as for you having more than those animals i sold you is probably bs...you told me you didnt have any animals and you hadnt owned any years prior to buying mine.....I have only been in this hobby for 2 years now...and in those 2 years YOU are my only problem.....and remember this....you told me and the rest of this site that you had seen signs of that animal having RI A WEEK PRIOR TO IT DYING....and you didnt take it to the vet....hmmmmm...Inexperience...i'd say so....I would love for you to take me to court so you would get laughed at by the judge...Your story means nothing....the only real loss in this whole deal is MY snake dying....We never had any agreement on how long of a warantee i would give you....and i would have been reasonable if it were within a couple weeks...but 28 days later you call my MOTHERS house threating me...while i was at work...and i never had internet access...so then you said i was ignoring you but i wasnt and i wouldnt....as soon as i found out what was going on i called you and you were ignorant...I do not want to drag this on any further...say what you have to say...and let the people decide....enough said.....

LOL... I love reading your fiction... you should take it up for a living... LOL. As stated in the OLD thread, I was leaving on a business trip when I thought I heard signs of a RI, only to return a week later to find the animal dead. Shame on you for shipping animals improperly, selling garbage WC as good animals, not standing by your animals, and avoiding calls from your customer.... You really should take a course in customer service, cause your venture into the business world thus far has been a joke... Others in the previous thread warned you about not standing by your animals, that this would haunt you... BOY.. Im the ghost that will not go away.

HAH.. I dont have other animals... wow.. you are welcome to my gallery and threads on all the other forums. Oh and talk to the boys at PCPets... they will tell ya exactly what I have.. or maybe Favelle... or many others Ive dealt with. Keep the stories rolling Dustan!

Here is an update on my dealings with Dustan.

Him and I have come to an agreement and things seem to have been settled pending a money transfer within a month.

Looks like Dustan is willing to stand by his animals.
I will keep the community updated.
