rack questions

So now that i am going to be getting into breeding, i am going to be building a rack for rubbermaids.
my question is: is it okay to sick heat pads to malmine?
iwant to build shelfs and slide the rubbermaids in, so i want to stick the heat pad to shelf, sop when i slide the rubbermaid in, one side will be sitting on the heat pad.

Use heat tape, with a proportional thermostat or dimmer.

i thought you can't get heat tap in canada

and i know how to control them. i have dimmers on all of my stuff

You can get it in canada, but you have to find someone that has some. Yuo cannot buy it in any stores in canada. You can order it from the beanfarm out of the states also. www.beanfarm.com
