feeding on live

..well it seems my female normal ball python wasn't 'fasting' for 4 months after all. I tried feeding her live last weekend and she ate----yesterday I got two live mice and fed her one after the other---she ate. I hate feeding live and hope to get her switched not only to f/t but on to rats.

gawd, i felt terrible for those little mices--:( :( :( :( :( :( :(

my bp was very quick though.

If you want to get her to eventually feed on f/t rats, feeding live mice is like taking one step forward and 3 steps back. Feed a live rat and then work your way to f/t.

hey...at least i got her to eat. that was my biggest concern.
