kelowna bylaws

anyone here from kelowna or know the kelowna bylaws concerning exotics? ive been asked to move there and this will be a deciding factor.

Hi yes I am from Kelowna. I attended all the by law meetings and fought that crap and got to see exactly how inept and unreasonable local pollititions and policy makers can be.
As far as the exotic pets by law I am sure all you want to know about is reptiles (unless you have a seal, dolphin, elephant or walrus as well?) The ban includes all species of crocodillians, all venomous,green iguanas, burms,retics, af rocks, anacondas, amythistine pythons and comman boas. Yes that is exactly how it is worded which leaves a legal loop hole you can drive a bus through. So this includes selling and breeding. Although this is supposed to be upheld by by law officials that don't know jack about snakes. As far as I know it has never even been upheld. Besides all you need is three individuals to go to a Notary and say you had then before the by law. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions please feel free to email me. Tim B.

lol so common boa's are banned? but you say go get a surinam bcc and that would be ok? i think alot of the people who make laws (not just in kelowna) are drunk or high half the time......
