LOL!!!
Another "Jeff Favelle is who I need to talk to" thread!?!
That's at least two in as many months!
That's awesome! : )
BTW, this ENTIRE forum is visited by keepers, breeders, and owners of balls.
Since I'm here, I'll do my best to answer your question (admittedly I'm no Favelle):
Heat: warm side: 90-95 cool side 78-83
Ambient air temp: 80-ish
Humidity: 60% ish
Environment: rubbermaid would be best, as they are easy to provide proper husbandry in, but fish cages can work, though MUCH more difficult to provide proper living conditions in (generally not recommended).
Water dish
hide(s)
newspaper or paper towel substrate (many use an aspen chip substrate such as sani-chips or alpha-chips).
Food; ideally, rats (fed every 5-10 days depending on requirements).
That's about all I can think of with a cursory glance, you're question was quite a weighty one. As all the information you would require, it would fill a book (and has, check out any pet stores, seriously, check out the pet stores and pick one up, it's the best $15 you'll ever spend if you want to get into balls).
Good luck.

Not trying to get in the way of this thread but ive seen hundreds of posts where people say tanks are hard to keep the husbandry right in. But with a little work i think they work great. To keep the humidity right i just covered 3/4 of the mesh top with plastic wrap and the humidity seems to stay right around 60%......When it comes to shedding i slimply spray a little water on the warm side and that always seems to help bring about a clean shed.....Just my two cents!! All my knowledge had been gained from everyones input on this site so im sure youll find your answers!!

Exactly what my bro Mykee said.
Also to add (because its hard to remember everything), Ball Pythons do 100x better with a hide that they can squeeze into. They love to feel the pressure on their backs. Its how they do it in nature. Makes them feel unreachable to predators. Many ways to build a hide like that. Use what materials you have. Clay pot bottoms work, so do plywood hides with 1/2" legs.
Best of luck!!!
