can i house a gargoyel and a crested gecko together?

You could from the care perspective, it's pretty well the same. However, for the safety of the crested gecko, it's a big no-no.
Gargoyles loves crested tails. They're also a bit more assertive than cresties, so the crested gecko would probably be at least a bit stressed from being dominated. Not that the gargoyle would be too agressive (other than snacking on the tail), the gargoyle is determined to be #1 for everything, leaving the crestie with what's left. He'll also want the best hiding spot, branch and whatever else.
