CanJet???

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anybody has used Canjet to ship their reptiles before? Are they the same as WestJet? I've used WestJet many times before without any problems. I have to ship out a box on Friday to Halifax. With westjet there's going to be a 3 hr stop in T.O.. In total the airline is going to have the box in their possession (sp?) for almost 10hrs. If I ship with Canjet it's a direct flight that gets there in 3 hrs. What would you guys do?

I recently shipped with WestJet out of Toronto to Calgary and to be honest, I will NEVER use them again. The package arrived alright, albeit delayed by HOURS, but the customer service, "presentation" of the facilities and the overall "feel" of the transaction left much to be desired. I'm sticking with AirCanada and will be more than willing to pay the extra for the service received.

Both packages I have recieved from WestJet have been over two hours late.

Ive used both and havent had any problems....yet! lol. Doesnt mean for a second it cant happen though :-)

The WestJet cargo facility here in Calgary is just as good as Air Canada's. I've shipped with both, I've received with both, and have yet to have a problem or delay with either of them.
