Is that a spot of blood I see on your snakes belly? Very cool looking pics though.

yeah it is blood, its from the rat. i prekill the rat and they usually end up bleeding from the nose.

i agree about the snakes looking happy when they eat, but then wouldent you if you only ate once a week! they get a really smug look to them when they get to the tail!

great shots, snakes definelty look happy when they eat, its one of the main reasons i watch them eat, to see some sort of expression on their cute snakey faces.
