My ball is approx 3-ft. and eats very well on live adult mice, He burrows during the day, or rests under fake plants in the tank.
He has a water dish about the size of himself curled.

Tank size: 75g Aquarium (48x18x18)
Tank temp: high 30.5 C
Low 27.3 C
Hygrometer shows 45% Humidity

He has weezed, (Kinda like when your nose whistles while you breath) a couple days, not back to back, and only for 5 min or so while he was out.

Anyways, I can jack up the humidity if neccessary, Just curious as to waht could cause the weezing or if there is anything I should change or improve on with his enclosure.

Thanks,
Thomas J. Burton

Might be a resp....

You need to raise your temps!!!!! Cool side should be 29-30 (please get a temp gauge that measures in fahrenheit, we don't use celsius with reptiles) and your hot side should be 33-35!!!!!

Raise your humidity VERY high for a week or so and see if it gets better.

Everyone else will tell you it's a resp to go to the vet (I'm not).

If nothing is done, he will probably die, although if you feed live mice, he might die anyway. There's lots of methods to switch over to rats and frozen thawed ones at that. Also, unless this is an adult ball python, a 75 gallon tank is WAY too big.

That's my advice for now :)

I'll be the first to second everything that Justin and/or Jessy just said. Great advice.

He is 3 feet, So pretty much adult.
I will jack up the heat & humidity.

Why would feeding mice kill the snake? I knock them out first, just barely twitching... so attacking isn't the problem. so what would do it? what could kill him?

P.s. I can give you the temp in F next time,
I use a digital thermometer for accuracy.
