breeding is like rape(he pins her down and has his way) as for a lay box y can put one in the cage or make a seperate one(iv done both) and keep them seperated for at least 2weeks after she lays

I would suggest taking the female out of the enclosure once you know she is gravid and transfering her to another enclosure so she can lay her eggs in peace and also recover before being put back with the male. Females can be reluctant to lay eggs with any other dragon there, especially a male and you could have problems as a result (eggbound, undue stress etc). If you put the female back with the male right after she lays her eggs, you can also have major problems. The male will constantly try and breed with the female and stress her out. Egg production takes a lot out of a female and you can severly hinder her life span by breeding too often. (and run into problems of MBD because all her calcium is being depleted by egg production etc), We recommend giving her at least a one month break before putting her back in and stop letting her breed after having her 5th clutch in a year. Keep in mind that she may even retain sperm and you might have to deal with a 2nd, 3rd, 4th clutch just from this one breeding.

Sometimes when a female is gravid, if you run your fingers down the side of her belly you can feel the eggs....but with some females you can't. When a female is ready to lay their eggs they will start digging frantically trying to make a burrow. This is the time to put a lay box in IMMEDIATELY if you haven't already. (not to be confused with random digging that dragons will do when lights go out or during brumation etc. You can tell the difference by the intensity of the digging behaviour. )
You wouldn't want to breed babies of the same clutch together, there was already a limited amount of bloodlines when Dragons were first captive bred that you need to breed a baby to a new bloodline that is as unrelated as possible. (this is especially true with colour morphs, to get those colours in the first place they were inbred like crazy and if you continue that, your babies will not be healthy and you are ruining your stock and the Dragon population in general.) Keep a sheet or computer file for every dragon you have, listing all the important bloodline information so you know at a glance who that dragon was bred by or where you bought him, who the parents of the dragon were, what bloodlines they originated from etc.
Hope this answers your questions :)

ICU is the "WOMAN" You are refering to Megan at ICU Lizard and yes she is very good at this. As to comparing breeding to rape. Mystic Lizzards, you should find a better term to use. Anyone who would use a term like that should not be giving advice out. Use your head. Jim. The Dragons Tale.
what is the ideal tempertature for bearded dragon eggs to be kept at?
