communism represented threw smurfs?

I remember once reading something on this site that was posted explaining how smurfs was created to represent communism... i can't remember who had posted it and i can no longer find it because it was a while back. if the personne who wrote it please post it again i would greatly appreciate it.

Here you go, the post was by Gary D. and it is midway through that particular page I linked you to. For future reference, I found that by typing 'smurf' into the search feature on the site.
