hey.. i was juss wonder wuts the easiest way to get a higher abient temp in my cage.. ( 6L' X 3W' X 2.5H' ) my hot end is fine.. i have a light wit 2 UTH pads on and its keepin a good 95-102 degrees but my cold end seems to always drop down to the low 70s.. any ideas? thanx :D

Can' beat a ceramic heat emitter. You are also prob losing heat.
if you have an all glass tank you may need to cover a portion of the top. Also if you add any overhead heat make sure it's on the hot side otherwise it may heat the cool side up to much. you can then move it over a little untill you have it perfect

um well my tank is made outta black melemain ( forgot how to spell it ) and it has slidin glass in the front.. and i siliconed the insides.. so it shouldnt be doin dat bad wit loosin heat.. i juss dont have enough heat to warm up the cold end too.. cause i have 2 heatpads runnin in the hot side and also a lamp.. so the hot side is perfect.. juss the cold end seems a bit low to me.. so u think dat heat emitter would work? and would i need another one of those temp control thingys for it?

i have a malmine enclouse aswell and i use a heat emitter and it works perfect. i also always recommed some way of controling the heat.
