If a normal corn can be represented by RRBB, and an Amel by RRbb, a snow by rrbb, then what is the genotype for a lavender?
Thanks,
Trevor

good question, my suggestion is to send an e-mail to Rich Zuchowski at serpentco. he developed the lavender and so is the best to answer the question. If you do let us know the answer.
Probably ll, the letters are just made up usually. Some like ABCD, and I think S are reserved for some traits like albinism, dilution factors, etc.
Heck, I don't even know my own genotype!! I'm a brunette that's het for redhead, so what am I? LOL
there's some great genetics software at http://home.epix.net/~nspencer/cornprog.html
there's others but i forget their urls

Do you have the URL to serpentco? Or Rick's e-mail?
Thanks,
Trevor
