I used to have a friend that swore by Value Village......(he was also kind of "unique" he'd wear a housecoat to work, but he insisted that you could find EVERYthing there) Worth a try I guess.

you could also try rag time clothing on flora its just off bank st nere the qweensway, it a vintage clothing store and they have a realy good selection of stuff
