mealworms

how would you prepare a mealworm meal . i just put them in a container of my rep cal dust for a day and a 1/2.

HEy,
I house my meal worms in a rubber maid container, about 5 inches high. the bottom of it is a mixture of a commerical cricket gutload, a home made dry mix gutload, and a mixture of repti cal, and repti vitramin. I also provide water gel, and fresh fruit daily. Rember there is no substitute for dusting the mealies themselves.
