Does he have pastel in him?

No he doesn't have pastel in him but it sure looks like he does. His sides are really light orange and his pattern is outlined in orange. I looked at other pics of pieds for hours and only came across one other pied that had nice orange outlines so I think he is very unique high color pied.

Those are Lucy's. Pieds have a mixture of patterned and that milk white, the completely whites are lucy's and are produced by crossing either fireballs to get black eyed ones or mojaves, lesser platinums, phantoms and who knows what else to get the better looking blue eyed ones. Ok, so I like blue eyes!!
