problem with friends beardie

hey just wondering if anyone know wat these problems could be caused by:swollen sockets, dark under mouth, dark poop possible blood and doesn't like to move at all.

im not great with beardies but i can tell you were gonna need more info.. ambient temp, basking temp, uv is how old, age of herp, tank size substrate.. the more thuro you are with info the better you can be helped
