I have a gravid blackhead python ready to blow but I cant find any information specific to this snake regarding incubation of the eggs and also how long between the pre-egg laying shed and laying the eggs? HELP!

Wouldn't you have figured this stuff out before they started copulating 2 months ago??
Eggs are incubated just like any other python (except Green Trees), and the time from pre-lay to egg deposition is 24-35 days.

There seems to be quite a bit of varied information depending who you talk to, and not a lot of info available on the internet.
Where are you from ssnakeboy?
I noticed your other post on ssnakess and it mentioned your blackhead developing spots after shedding. So did our female, I hoped it was caused by the air actually being to dry, and did not want ot take her to a vet (incase she was gravid) and after talkig to a few other owners had hoped the air was just too dry or something, or it was from bumping and thrashing during breeding - but after reading your other post I'm gonna do a culture and sensitivity swab and take it into the vet incase it is a pseudomonas or other bacterial infection. whoo, long sentence!
