I took a trip to Sarasota Jungle Gardens this past weekend and managed to get a couple of decent shots through the fence. I thought that they would be a bit distorted but well, here they are...

Thanks Samurai,
Sure thing.
Great shots!
I've been to Sarasota Jungle Garden. Lots of lovely flamingos and birdies. Sarasota is a nice area---Seista Key beach---oo LA LA!
Got lots of family there and in Bradenton. Ever been to the Mote Aquarium?
You must be a professional camera man raindog, you've got a fantastic eye. :)
....is that avatar you or mister Tom Waits?

Thanks Joey,
Mote is great to visit but terrible for photography, Long Boat Key is a wonderful place though.
I'm not making any money from my shots yet so I'm just an amateur. I know a few pro's and they produce normal shots that only my best can hope to equal.
That's the one and only Mr. Waits in my avatar, my goal is to shoot one of his promos.
Here's a shot from Casey Key this last weekend that some folks in another forum liked...

Premo shot! The clarity and color is fantastic! Looks like something one would see in National Geographic! Keep posting your pictures, I love them! :)
Tom Waits.....nobody like him. He's got such a range of voices and I love his acting too. Have you heard his latest cd?

i've been gradually teaching myself latin for awhile out of some old school textbooks and, i could be wrong, there are definately things that i haven't gotten to yet, but that quote is a little rough. time should be temporis to start, and there was nothing to be found for jesum or riverentum. i rather like to translate things and if you like i could try to give you something more acurate.
