...found some Cal eggs as a nice little(albeit early) surprise this morning letting me know spring is now officially here... :D

The 10 eggs here look good. There were 4 more laid after this pic that are a bit off white, but still look good so we'll see how they turn out. 14 altogether from a '02 Striped Albino X Striped Coastal:

I'm waiting to find out myself Mary, lol. I'm hoping so, they both have perfect stripes the whole way down, so it'd be nice to get a nice mix...

You are not behind there Brian (IMO anyhow LOL) I haven't even put a pair of Colubrids together yet myself (well the Eastern Indigos at Kyle's, but thats it). Probably start breeding this weekend as they all just had there 2nd post brumation meals the last 2 days & lots are doing their first sheds of the year right now. I'd say that there is a good chance of the one being het, but can't say for sure Will. I guess you will find out soon enough. Congrats again, glad to see they are doing well for you, Mark

You're not behind, Brian -- no worries. :D

I pulled her out early(late-Dec). I thought she may have hit a snag during brumation, but it turned out to be nothing. She had been brumated about 8 weeks by that point, and she shed mid-Jan. Wasn't sure if this was it or not, so threw the male in with her. She bred 3 times to the male in late-Jan, and laid on the 8th.

No one else is behind, she's just way ahead, lol. None of my other Cals have even been paired up yet.

Hey, we'll find out soon enough, Mark, lol. Off chance, do you happen to recall what the Coastals parents were...?

There is one that looks to be going bad from that first batch of 10 pictured, but all the other eggs look fine so far.

Tick-tock, tick-tock... :D

The reg striped one was from Henry Piorun (A1 Pythons) I'd say theres a pretty good chance it is het for albino, but can't say for sure. The others came from striped albino parents here. Mark
