shedding

hi,
my kingsnake began shedding about a week ago and today he is still not finished. he hasnt broken the old skin off yet so he is just sitting there all pale looking with blue eyes. is this normal, or is there something i should do to help him?

sounds normal to me (my corn used to take about 1.5-2 wks to shed) she would pale, then go blue, then about 4-7 days later shed....just make sure that you've uped the humidity a bit.

thanks, he began to actually shed the skin this morning so everything is all right now. thanks for the info though.

ck the eye caps they have a bad habit of sticking ikeep a rubbermaid shoe box filled with moss they seem to shed in 1 pice that way
