i got my ribbon msnake back, it was bny the water bowl and i just grabbed it, i just have a question, if i buy a heat rock, do i need a heat lamp too, i heard if you only have a heat stone is burns up there insides or something?

Heat rocks are taboo. They are two hot and offer no temperature gradient; the snake is either hot or cold, there's nothing in between. Normally heat lamps are not recommended for snakes either because they can cause burns and don't provide the 'deep heat' that an under-tank heat pad does. A heat lamp may work though in a ribbon tank because they are more arboreal and probably more inclined to bask. Just be sure that your snake won’t be burned. I would still recommend under-tank heat, even if in conjunction with a lamp.

umm i have a natural sunlight bulb that i got from home depo cause i ehard they dont need alotta light, and i got like this sand stuff thats made from walnut shells but its not home made, its from petsmart
