He refuses to eat f/t and freshly killed mice or rats. It is mouse BTW.

Bloods are pretty easy to convert(in my experience). Give it a shot! It looks in good healthy so I wouldnt worry about it not eating for a few weeks while you try to convert it. BTW: That snake could be taking something larger.
