does anyone have any experience with this type of gecko? are they the type you can handle easily ar are so really fast and jumpy like so many other geckos.

They are a little more fragile (in caring for) than Leos and AFTs from what I have seen. I think they will be about as fast as a leopard gecko, but I could be wrong. Ask me in about 1 month and I can tell you for sure when I get mine. I know there are a few peeps with Chinese Leopard geckos, so there should be some more informed posts soon :)
They are a bit calmer then leos.. But they don't seem to tolerate as much handling. They won't bite or go nuts, but they seem have a higher desire to go back to their tank.
As for comparing with leos and AFT, it's important not to make that mistake. Their needs are completly different
You should keep them beetween 70/76F. Summer temperatures approching the 90s can kill them.
I use no heat with them, only room temperature.
They have a huge opaque hide, 2 to 3 inches of soil substrate and humidity over 70%.
