where do you find those tracks that you use for the sliding glass doors and how exactly do you go about attaching them to the tank. also if i were to go and buy the glass for the doors how could i make a handle so that i can slide the doors open.
thanks for the help

you can find plastic track at most hardware store, or the place where you buy youre glass will prbably have some or would be able to tell you where to get it. Has for mounting the track depending on the surface you can use small screws and glue. For the handle you can either ask youre glass shop to make what they call a "figure" wich is basically a small recess in the glass, or you can ask them so sell you small plastic stick-on handles.

GET THE STICKONS.. there like 10 c and putting thoes ressess in the glass would end up costing you like 50-100 bucks PER PIECE.. and home hardware has the track for like 10 bucks.. and i HEAR to attach with liquid nails but i dont know about that one...

another question..... should i use glass or plexi glass? and what should i make my enclosure out of. i was thinking MDF or Malmine. i want something that looks good but doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
thanks again
chris
in my experience, melamine looks better and mdf (sealed of course) works better in the long run.
