Hi There,
I have been getting lots of e-mails advising that my PM box is full. Unless I am not doing something incorrectly, I don't know why I am getting these. AS far as I can see my box is empty. Perhaps you can advise me.

Try deleting the messages in your 'Sent Items'.

Also, set the "Show From" (or something similar) to "From the Beginning."
