a customer that comes in the store often came in today and was asking me about her iguana, said that they moved his cage around and such and it was sitting next to a mirror, well every since then she says he has been really agressive(they soon took the mirror down after they noticed what he was doing), she pretty much scared to even try to touch him, he has been charging at the side and now his nose and such is all busted up and bleeding, said hes been like this for about a month now, he wont use his litter box but still eats great just hates everyting, do you think he will ever calm down again and actually let people mess with him do you have any pointers i could give her?

Tiss the season man!! Not much you can do besides wait it out. Pretty much all mature male green iguanas and some females tend to get very agro come spring breeding time and the mirror probably set it off for him, thinking he had some competition. Like I said though you just have to wait it out , could be as short as a couple months or three or four. As for the nose thing get her to cover up the mesh in the spots he seems to be rubbing on, if it is mesh?Clean up his nose and put some polysporin on it and it should be fine. Don't be surprised if he does go on a hunger strike for a while as well.
Good luck.
