Hi Guys,
Read the story first before looking at the pictures. This is an e-mail that my sister-in-law sent me.

A guy in St. Louis was driving to work on Hwy 144 when he heard a 'pop'.
>He thought it sounded like a flat tire, though his ride wasn't affected.
>After pulling over, checking the tires and finding them intact he opened
>the
>hood to look at the motor. Before the hood was even all the way open he
>jumped back in shock and knocked his head on the partially opened hood,
>
>unable to believe what his eyes were seeing!
>
>A co-worker of his with a camera recognized him along side the road
>and stopped to see if he could help.
>
>
>
>Check out the attached pictures ......Now, this has to be right up there at
>the
>
>top of the list of unusual, but legitimate 'Reasons I was late for work' !

Now that's pretty sick! Can you imagine this happening to you?
Have a good one.

Poor snakey. That's really sad. : (
It looks like it had to be a 6ft Ball at least, not that the size makes any difference in the sadness of it.

I've seen these pics before...

It's some sort of hoax as for that to be one snake it'd have to be like 6+ feet long.

Not to mention that from the two pics the snake has moved signifigantly. In the first you can clearly see a shadow from the little hanging out bit on the car on the rear half of the body while in the second pic it's nowhere to be seen and the body is now going down into the engine instead of across the front of it.

I've also unfortunately seen a cat get caught in a car engine... there's way too much ball python left for that to have happened driving down the highway at a few thousand RPM.

I'll never get sick of reading the different incarnations this picture has taken. 97 stories and still counting. Poor marks for originality though.....

Poor snake. It does seem quite unusual with the snake being so large considering its species.
