Help, I am a computer idiot

Just wondering if any one can help, I cant figure out how to put pictures in an add. If I try to attach a file, it is always to big, does anyone know how I can make a picture fit so I can use it on this site??

remember I am a computer idiot, so the simpler the better

use photobucket for your pics it automatically resizes them when they are uploaded

then just paste and copy the link in the image bar

This (http://ssnakess.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=63) is a very important part of the forums. It's a great place to look if you want to learn 'HOWTO' do more things :).

Like Kriz said, photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com/) will automatically resize your photos. You can also use your ssnakess gallery, but I believe you will have to resize the photos yourself.

After you get a photo uploaded click here (http://ssnakess.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8512) to learn how to post a picture from the gallery. HTH.

Cool, but what is a photo bucket? is that a program or a function? sorry to be such pain, I just need a little more detail.

Click on the link I gave you above and that will bring you to a website. Make an account and you can upload pictures to it :).

OK I made an account and put a picture on it, now I have an add for a ball python in the snake section, how Do I add a picture to it?

under the thumbnail of the pic in photobucket you will see three URL's.. Hightlight the one that starts with [IMG] right click and select copy.. Open up ssnakess.com and go to your ad. Click on EDIT and then paste that URL at the bottom of your ad. Save your changes to the post and you're done.
