Is this leopard a circle back?

I would say so.... But usually isn't the circle yellow with a black outline? Still a nice leo!

Yup, but because of the coloration I'd stick with super-hypo tang. The whole "circle back" thing usually refers to normal or reduced pattern/color leos:)
