All rocks are glued into place with a few dabs of silicone, allowing the heat cable to wind
underneath and/or around to warm them up (hopefully imitating nature a bit :) )

Anything I've read said that Pueblans need very low humidity with only a humid hide, so I've removed the aspen from the blue-lidded tub on the left and replaced it with sphagnum moss.

Wow, that is quite the jungle gym for your pueblan!

The pueblan realy doesn't need the humid box, I'd leave him with the rocks and the water bowl only, seems he could go hide under there for privacy and have more floor space.

It will also ease your maintenance as triangulum have high metabolism.

Humidity will only be needed when he sheds, which can be handled with a spray bottle during the shed.

Great little snake, thanks for sharing

Very pretty Pueblan - like the way the black meets in cross-overs on his back!

Like the idea of heat rope around the base of rocks to warm the area up - like nature. If he is anything like our hondos, he might prefer the water dish to be directly on the substrate so he can hide under that. Even when we give the young hondos lots of hides of various sizes they really seem to prefer scrunching themselves under the waterdish - it is heavy enough to feel secure for them.

I love the look of those little logs but none of our corns or milks have ever used them to hide in, just to crawl over - I like that they give more surface area in the cage and provide a more interesting surface texture for the snake.

thanks for sharing,
