*** end Edit***

Okay, so far my Ball doesn't have a great feeding response, I have read some of the tricks and one says to leave the rat in there overnight, but ......... :( Yuk

Okay, I warm a frozen rat, then slowly dangle it a few inches away. He looks, at even tastes, but no strike. Should I leave the rat in there a few hours? Just lying there?

I know he can go a while without eating, but I hate to waste a rat every week or less. If my King was bigger I KNOW she would eat it. Anyways, any advice on how long to leave the rat in there?

Stupid snake!!! >(

LOL Thanks

I used to leave the rat in with mine overnight and it would be gone by morning. But now he will strike as soon as the lid is lifted and he smells dinner. There is lots of different methods you can try but leaving it in there with him wont hurt.

Feed between 8pm and 1am, and always leave the dead rodent in over night. No question.
