This queston is for those who have kept or that are keeping adult scrubs. (southern)

We read that they get about 10 to 12 feet.
We often see pictures of 1 to 2 years old and they allways look really "slim" like a carpet python.
Do they keep the same shape once they get older ? 4 years old and more ?
Or do they thicken in body girth ?

If you can give us an idea in inches or comparing it with something.

It's often said they can be agressive..
what are their favorite attack ?
Trying to tag us like a white lip python ?
or trying to constrict us like a big BCC ?

We're starting our searches on the subject and we don't quite understand the differences in localities...

Can someone explain to us, the diffrent localities and give us a comparison VS the size they get..

i.e. Morakee gets.... a certain size / southern get a certain size / Mullucan, etc....

Thanks guys, your help would be much apreciated

If you are interested, we wrote an online article based on our experience with raising and breeding Southerns scrubs. We were lucky enough to produce 4 clutches of them over the last several years.

Here's a link to our site (www.spitfirereptiles.com (http://www.spitfirereptiles.com)) ....then the link to the article is on the left side column of the main page.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
